1  General Introduction

This terms and conditions document serves as a legal agreement between winbaji and its users. winbaji is an online betting and casino platform operated for sports fans and entertainment-seeking users in Bangladesh.

By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that you are a resident of Bangladesh, and that you have read and understood these terms. winbaji reserves the right to change these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2  Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on winbaji, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Each person may open only one account.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and your own.
• Opening an account on behalf of someone else or under a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• Mobile number verification (OTP) is mandatory at registration.

2.2 Identity Verification

winbaji may request documents to verify a member's identity at any time. Deposit, withdrawal, and bonus services may be suspended until verification is complete. Accounts opened using false information may be cancelled at any time, and the balance in such accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. winbaji will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing this information with a third party. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact the support team immediately.

3  Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

winbaji currently supports deposits via four mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳500. Providing accurate information at the time of deposit is mandatory; the user is responsible for any failed transaction caused by incorrect details.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals from winbaji can also be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, processing may take longer if an unusual situation arises or a verification process is ongoing.

Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit. Account identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

4  Betting and Gaming Rules

4.1 Validity of Bets

winbaji offers betting across various categories including sports betting, casino, slots, live casino, and fishing games. Each bet is valid according to the applicable rules. If incorrect odds or amounts are displayed due to a technical error, winbaji reserves the right to cancel the affected bet.

4.2 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If a sports event is cancelled or suspended indefinitely, bets on that event will be settled in accordance with winbaji's established policy. Cancelled events generally result in the return of the original stake. However, different rules may apply if a certain amount of time has passed after the event has started.

4.3 Suspicious Activity

If unusual betting patterns, attempts to exploit the system, or attempts to gain unfair advantage are detected, winbaji may immediately suspend or cancel the relevant account and forfeit any associated winnings.

4.4 Multiple Account Prohibition

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, family, device, or IP address, all accounts will be cancelled and all bonuses and earnings may be forfeited.

5  Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at winbaji receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus is not cash — it is added as a bonus balance, and the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000 — and to make the bonus withdrawable, ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in wagers must be completed.

5.2 Other Promotions

winbaji periodically offers various promotions, such as the weekly winbaji Reload Festival (30% bonus, up to ৳5,000, 18x wagering), the winbaji Slot Rolling Reward (50% bonus, up to ৳8,000, 20x wagering), and the Cricket Season Bonus (40% bonus, up to ৳6,000, 15x wagering).

5.3 Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period.
• If wagering requirements are not met after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse or exploitation of loopholes is proven, the account may be cancelled.
• A promotion may not be claimed more than once at a time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• winbaji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

6  VIP Program and Cashback

winbaji's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback on the week's net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback on the week's net losses.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback on the week's net losses.

For example, if a Silver tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. VIP tier is determined by regular betting activity, and members can move up to a higher tier through active participation.

Cashback bonuses are also subject to wagering requirements, and the same account policy applies.

7  Personal Data and Privacy

All data is kept secure using SSL encryption. winbaji never sells users' personal information to third parties, but may be required to disclose information where there is a legal obligation to do so.

8  Responsible Gambling Rules

10  Account Closure and Cancellation

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. It is recommended that you withdraw any available balance before submitting the request. Bonus balances will no longer be withdrawable after the account is closed.

10.2 Cancellation by winbaji

winbaji may cancel an account for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or the system.
• Accessing from a legally restricted area.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account.

The cash balance of an account cancelled for valid reasons is generally returned, but the bonus balance will not be returned.

11  Limitation of Liability

The winbaji platform is operated on an "as is" basis. winbaji bears limited liability for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or third parties. The user bears full responsibility for any bet that fails due to internet disconnection or device issues.

winbaji's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question.

12  Amendment and Applicability of Terms

winbaji reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after revised terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.

If any provision of these terms is found to be partially unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. In the event of a dispute, winbaji's decision will be considered final.
